Smooth and fresh tahini!
Smooth, fresh tahini with good flavor. Oil did not separate! One of my pet peeves is tahini that is oily at the top of the jar and solid, brick-like at the bottom, requiring messy and excessive stirring. Will buy again.

Bought this for making Tahini Sauce. It has good flavor and consistency. Also long expiration date of 03/2026 and we keep it in the refrigerator.
