A: Hello! The natural vanilla flavor in this mix is derived from vanilla beans. We do not add any animal products to this mix as an ingredient, but it is processed in a facility that also process milk and eggs. **Q: Can I use this mix to make rolled out dough for cookie cutters?**
A: The directions for soft, chewy cookie bars requires some extra butter and water - then press into 9" x 13" pan.  It doesn't say anything about rolling the dough for cookie cutters.  As long as the dough is pressed then maybe cookie cutters can be used if the baking time is watched.  This mix is very good!
