Quality and looking good but size is small then expectedWe purchased to fit milton thermosteel 3 cups box,it fitting into this bag but no space to put any other snacks boxWhen we seen in the image and size looking bigger but got short size and no return for it

I bought this lunch bag.Its too small. Couldn't keep even a single thin one litre bottle and a normal sized tiffin box. Though the material, colour, handle and the design is fine It's TOO SMALL for Regular use. Moreover I couldn't make a return or replace for a bigger one, next size. Apart from that after so many difficulties I could manage to follow the return steps,it ended with some un communicated phone call. I'm completely disappointed 😞 with this deal.it's not fair.அடபோங்கப்பா......ஆளை விடுங்க......

Don't buy this Product... Please don't buy a product unless it gives you the option of refund or return because once you buy, you don't have any options to return it or get any refund. The bag type items should have the option of return/refund. The bag is too small and can carry only 500ml bottle with one tiffin. It's for small kids can't fulfill the need of office going employees.. it's very bad that you have to keep something with you even when you don't want it... The brand lost its image on my eyes as they are not providing the proper service to the customer.. we here after paying 500 rupees got only disappointment....
