So I have now had the iPad mini for over a year. I love my iPad mini and I’m considering purchasing another one for my son since he is always stealing mine. I’ve had absolutely no issues out of it. The battery life is good. For a refurbished item, this has been a phenomenal purchase. Great quality for the price. I will consider purchasing from the seller again.

This iPad is great for reading books or serving the net, it’s lightweight with a great design. I got it for a great price too.

iPad is good but the wrong charger plug was included - regular USB instead of USB-C

My old iPad Mini with 64GB was about full so I decided to order another with more storage. The screen quality, battery life, and scratch resistants is good. These iPads are very kid friendly but I assume it’s really up to the child’s parents to get them set up to use it. I mean I’ve used it fine and I’m a child at heart.

I ordered this iPad mini renewed and it said excellent condition but it definitely wasn’t in excellent condition. From the day I received it the Touch ID hasn’t worked and it has gotten slower and slower. I’ve only had it for three months and I’ve barely used it because it’s so slow and the screen just goes black sometimes. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again. I’ve purchased other renewed Apple products from other sellers and never had any issues.

I was very skeptical about buying anything refurbished but this changed my mind. It's the best purchase yet. The did send the wrong charger but luckily I had the proper one from another device. It works great, charges fast, no scratches it was just like new.

Order arrived on time. The iPad is great quality, it’s almost new. Easy to use and easy to set up. I would definitely buy again. UPDATE Apr 3/21: It’s Only been less than 2 weeks since we used this iPad and the screen kept freezing and zooming in on its own. When this happens you can not use any apps because you don’t get to see the full screen as it zooms in. I had to restart the iPad every time it happens just to get it back to normal and to resume to what I was doing. I have attached a video to show what I mean. Sadly, I am going to return this. So disappointing.

I originally planned on buying a Kindle Paperwhite Signature to stop myself from buying books I don’t have room for but decided to go with this ❤️ & I have no regrets whatsoever I found like 1 very small scratch on it but other than that it works amazing, battery doesn’t give out, runs smoothly & the sound quality is great. Came with a block & charger which I’m thankful for, definitely buy it if you’re considering it. Llegó bastante aprisa a méxico, aunque los de la paquetería lo dejaron con mi vecino y eso no me gustó porque yo estaba en casa. El paquete viene con una caja generica, es reacondicionado, pero todo funciona a la perfección, como nuevo y sin ningún detalle.
