Great information. Downloadable examples are very helpful as well for novice project managers.

I felt like this was outdated when I was reviewing it. Technology has changed so much since 2012, and so has project management. It's like how my uncle got a degree in computer science in the 1980s.

Had to buy it for a class. Not helpful at all.

The book has a lot of good information in it. However one of the reason I purchased it is for the template documents. These templates are not in the book and the link provided does not include them either.
