cooks a little longer., GOOD flavor never m7shy, al dente is probably too rare.

Fast shipping, fair price and i love not having to carry 5 pounds of pasta home from the store. DeCecco is my favorite dry pasta and i really like the fact that each variety tells you the suggested cooking time. As expected the Farfalle shape is as good as all the rest.If you haven't tried the DeCecco brand try it-- if it costs more than your usual pasta I think you will agree after eating it that it is worth the higher price.

This is an amazing product, I wish I could find it in stores. The cost on Amazon is prohibitive for me to buy it on a more regular basis.

I purchased the 5 box lot from Health Force and shipped by Amazon. All the boxes were damaged, either crushed or had the top edges bent and open. Totally unsanitary. While I love DeCecco products, you need to be sure you are buying from stock provided to Amazon by DeCecco if you want grocery store quality.

So if you tried bucatini, you know it's got a great mouthfeel. This is similar to that, but in curls, so it's fabulous for cheesy sauces. It grips the sauce in the springs and makes for a fabulous sauce to pasta ratio.

It takes longer to cook than suggested

This is my favorite pasta shape! It retains a nice sturdiness when cooked as directed, yet is not too thick. Holds sauce well and is easy to scoop up with a fork. It’s versatile…works with so many dishes, toppings and casseroles.
