Simple fun!
This is such a funny, simple toy and delighted my 5 yr old granddaughter! I needed a couple small (in size) gifts. I chuckled when my browsing pulled this up. It’s entirely kid-powered, easy to use with success, and provides a little active play (indoors or out) & lots of giggles. Add in the bonus that it’s cute and silly to look at, and it’s a winner. She’s “all about unicorns,” and it was great to see a toy like this that was made “cute” vs a good fit for “toilet humor.” Sometimes, a situation calls for cute! My visit on the site began as a search for a big “rainbow-colored bouncy ball” for Spring, and it was a crazy coincidence that it matched the little ones in the package. The price is pretty good. At any rate, if you’ve got a child in your life who is 4 thru grade school, it would be a nice choice in any of the vast number of cute animal styles. I definitely recommend it.

Kids thought it was fun
Big kids and little kids loved. Balls can go far. They are smaller balls.

Best kitty toy EVER!
The media could not be loaded. Best cat toy EVER! This keeps my kitty on his toes & amused for a very long time. When he has energy to burn & hunting to satisfy, this is his absolute favorite. The balls are light enough that they are extremely responsive to batting around, keeping him independently entertained when I’m busy. When I use the popper to shoot the balls at TV screen, windows, mirrors, walls, or ANYTHING, they are perfectly safe without causing a bit of damage. Balls are small enough for him to carry around in his mouth yet to big to get caught in his throat. Keep away from dogs who like to chew, they can get caught in a dogs throat.

good gift for child...
This is a great gift for a small child. It will keep them entertained for hours.Trust me, I left my 4-yr daughter playing with this for hours and she loved it. She would shoot the ball out of its nose and then run after the ball and do it again. I took a nap and when I woke up she was still running around the house shooting the ball. Great babysitting aid. When my wife came back from her girls day out with her best friend Karen. I don't like Karen, she is a know it all. Know what I mean. She does not like me either, but whatever. Get Out Of My House Karen! She can't find anyone to love her, not my problem. I tried setting her up with one of my friends, bad idea. My friend told me it was the worse date ever. Sorry Harold. I still owe you! Harold is a great friend!Bros before crazy 'Karens'!

Fun for immediate use, but no longevity for my three kids
These animal poppers seemed like they would be lots of fun. I put one in each of my kids' Easter baskets (they are aged 11, 9 and 6). The kids loved them for the first day or two but now I rarely see them. I think they would be great at a birthday party for immediate use but I don't think they are good as a long term toy. I bought the squirrel, the penguin and the unicorn. The penguin and the squirrel pop better and further than the unicorn. I think that is because the unicorn must be squeezed from side to side, rather than front to back. If you are debating which animal to choose, I would look for an animal that you squeeze front to back. Also the squirrel design has hands on the belly which sort of impede the squeezing process. Out of the three I purchased, the penguin is the easiest to squeeze and pops the furthest, probably because he has a nice open belly to squeeze. I am glad I chose three designs with three different balls, this eliminated the fighting over who had what ball.

Funny Toy for appropriate ages
First off the reason why this product has a couple of 1 star reviews is because people without common sense buys this to give to babies. No this is not for babies or small children but for ages 4 and up LIKE IT SAYS IN THE DESCRIPTION. This toy is absolutely hilarious to shoot small foam balls that don't hurt, no matter how much someone says it does, at unexpecting targets. I do recommend preventing from shooting this at people but it always makes it fun, until someone complains that it hit them in the eye, when you know that they're exaggerating and you tell them that they're fine but they insist that they really aren't and they proceed to get mad until they trick you into getting the toy out of your hands so they can magically get better and try to shoot you back with the toy. So yea like I said fun toy for appropriate ages.

Our whole family loves these poppers! They are cute, don't take up much space, and provide a lot of laughs. My just-turned-2 and -4 year olds can easily "pop" the balls far enough to have fun and then chase after the balls. The foam balls are big enough that we haven't lost any yet and they haven't hurt or broken anything, but I'm glad they give you 6 balls in the package so that you have enough spares. An adult can pop these pretty far, and my kids love taking turns with these so that we can watch each other pop the balls. It is a toy that (at least in our house) is easily shared with others or with a grown up but can also keep my kids happily and independently occupied for many minutes (which is priceless).
