Not for large breeds
I’ve now purchased this pet costume in 3 different sizes. The first was a large (or so I thought) with the intent of putting it on my large breed dog. To give an idea, she’s a 65lb pit bull boxer mix and very thicc. This large sized costume wouldn’t fit my domestic shorthair cat. So I threw it on my toddler’s giant Mickey Mouse toy and called it good. Purchased the next sizes up and hoped this would solve the problem. To be clear, when measuring for sizes, it’s usually based off BASE OF NECK TO THE BASE OF THE TAIL, not from end to end of the costume. So what I thought would be a 26.5” from neck to base of tail turned into an actual 12” back line measurement.I had such high hopes for this costume but now I see they only cater to small to small-medium breeds. I guess I’ll be looking elsewhere for a dog costume.

Perfect! (With a little D.I.Y.)
Such a cute costume! And we live in Michigan, so it helps keep my little guy warm, too. The “hood” didn’t really stay on, but that didn’t matter. The only thing I had to do was poke a hole through the top of a scale so I could attach his leash. We got sooo many compliments!

Really small sizing.
The costume itself is made well. I read the reviews and bought an extra large for my shih tzu mix. He weighs 30 pounds. He has a very long body and is fairly furry so it It fits a little snug in the length. for us it works, but if you have a bigger dog it won’t work.

Cutest Shibasaurus
Really cute!!! Bought an XL for my 23 lb shiba inu and it fits perfect, just a bit short for her length! Make sure to read the sizing chart because it is not intuitive.

It’s adorable! My dog hates it.
I used this to dress my dog up like Liz from Magic School Bus. It was a little snug, but very cute. He didn’t really like it, and definitely didn’t allow the hood.

Too big
The colors are bright like the picture but even after measuring it was really big on my pup. It’s not thick or warm at all but for my pup it will do. There is holes for the ears but unless it’s tight the hood will continue to fall off

Very soft!
We have a 7 pound Chihuahua and we measured correctly and we got him a small but it was just a little big for him! Thee material of the costume was super soft and we loved it.

Stretchy and will fit a variety of breeds.
Hilarious. Tons of fun for a small amount of money. Stretchy fleece stays put even on my frenchie's head.
