Not sure how useful the belly band would be on its own, but I can really feel the support with the back band.At 26 weeks, it helps with my posture when sitting for work or standing for a long time, and in the few days I've had it my lower back, hips and leg pain has significantly decreased.Comfort wise, I don't have any major issue sitting or standing. One side of the belly band can be uncomfortable, but I think I was pulling it too tight. The velcro is strong and makes me think it will hold up for daily use for a long time.
