The product works great and I feel wonderful. The only thing I did not like is I bought the product because it said it was a 300 mg strength. Its 150 mg per capsule. I bought it because I thought it was 300 mg per capsule. You don't find out it takes 2 capsules until you read the serving size and label. So to get close to a gram per day I have to take 6 pills. I would love to see a 500 mg per capsule so I don't have to take so many. Combined with Resveretrol I love the energy.

Two months into using these supplements and I think I feel better. I'm little disappointed in that I expected to feel rejuvenated as promised by Dr. David Sinclair. Oh well, maybe it takes more time.
