Red led would light . If ypu have no circuit's connected the led will not light **Q: Why does a fuse box need a negative from the battery, is it to drive the LED's. All I am interested in this doing is fusing the 12 volt feed.** A: Please note I am not a electrician! This box does not have individual inline fuses. It takes 1 common feed and shares it over each fuse. So one shared ground cable also.
