I was not convinced that this would do a good job given the price but decided to give it a go. At first I thought it was a little thick but after applying on top of a thin layer of uncured gel it floated across the nail bed well. After flipping my nails upside down it levelled perfectly with no bumps. I have found with other products i have had to repeat this process more than once but not with this. I simply added a top coat and job done. Reduced the time that it usually takes me. Perfect for beginners too as its easy to get a professional finish. Very happy with this and will definately buy again

This paint on builder gel does indeed work and it's actually very good. However, I have no idea why the instructions say you only need 2 coats - it says do one coat over a nail form to extend your nail to the desired length, cure, remove nail form and then add one more coat and cure. I mean I was very dubious reading that as I've used a lot of polygels in a tube and know how thick the gel needs to be applied to get a solid nail, but I did as instructed. And lo and behold, only 2 coats gives you a very bendy nail. So, I tested the nail strength after each coat and I actually needed 6 coats before the nail felt solid enough to last. Aside from that though and the extended time it will actually take to do a full set using this, it's a good product and is so much easier than using polygel with dual forms or attempting acrylic nails when you're not a professional! You can achieve professional looking nails with this stuff if you take your time and apply it carefully. Lastly, it works amazingly to encapsulate glitter and sparkly pieces (hearts, stars etc). It does cure to be very clear and not cloudy like a lot of 'clear' polygels I have tried.

I bought this product as I couldn’t buy TGB BIAB (not knowing this was only able to be bought by professionals) so I looked at reviews of a few builders on Amazon and the reviews were great for this product. I bought it actually thinking it wouldn’t be particularly great but better than just having gel colour and if it made that last longer than without then that would be worth it - especially for the price! The item arrived and I looked at a few videos on how to use a builder (although everyone seems to have a slightly different way) and cracked on, I assumed it wouldn’t be great the first time I used it as I would be working out what works best for me however I followed this process: Push back cuticles & cut Buff nail Use alcohol wipe to remove dust Use Cuccio nail dehydrator Apply Aimeili straight to nail (no base) x2 layers Apply gel colour on top (no wiping in between) Apply top coat I cured each layer for 1 min in an LED lamp and used Bluesky gel colour and topcoat. I cannot believe how well this lasted the FIRST time I used it. The only reason I changed it was because it had grown out (my nails grow super quickly). I cannot recommend enough. I saw some people had had reactions which did worry me slightly but I did a test on a small part of a nail the day before. I had absolutely no lifting of the product and the colour stayed on so well! I’ve been using gel on my own nails for years and always felt disappointed it would only last a week before lifting or chipping which made me reluctant to spend the time doing it. I will certainly be using this item now for my own nails for the foreseeable. It made them so hard and robust. The only thing I need to workout is whether you had to remove the whole builder when changing the colour and start from scratch as when I changed the colour and didn’t remove the builder fully from the nail the nails became too thick - that’s my own education! I would recommend definitely and especially for the price, just test on your own nail before :)

this gel is pretty okay, as a beginner nail tech it works pretty well and is a nice neutral colour however you need to use a LOT of gel to make sure it isnt see through for example one bottle only gave me three sets. so not to impressed by that im now upgrading to a more high quality brand that i have some money from doing nails but this is good for beginners ( its VERY runny idk if this is a me problem or what but make sure you hold the nail upside down for 30+ seconds unless you want that beautiful apex you just spent an hour creating to melt down the sidewalls )

This is thicker than most biabs but I just warmed it up by sitting on it for 20 minutes or so and the thickness was then workable but not runny, I found it easy to apply and I had minimal skin contact because of the viscosity. It does self level but it takes longer due to the thickness. I am a slow worker so this is okay for me. When cured there is a sticky layer as with all gel, I just removed it with isopropyl alcohol before shaping and applying polish. For a test, I prepped and applied half cover tips to both hands with regular tip glue, applied a model ones base coat then I did my left hand with polygel and my right hand with this biab. My dominant hand is my right hand. The polygel has already started to chip and become weaker with parts that are beginning to lift at week 3. Meanwhile, my right hand that has this product on it and gets all the abuse is still going strong, there's no signs of lifting on any of my nails and I have grow out, usually my nails don't last long enough to grow out with builder gel but these are! I have finally found a biab that I like and will take day to day wear with no problem.

Love this builder gel - Use to attach the nail instead of glue and they last weeks!! Quite thick to work with, but you soon get use to it!

I really like this builder gel, it lasts really well and provides a good base for applying gel over. I use a base coat underneath but I don’t think you have to! Thought it would be worth sharing some tips in case you’re struggling applying it: 1. Warming the biab up makes it thinner and easier to work with, I just put it on the radiator whilst doing my prep/base coat and it’s a lot smoother to apply! 2. Put your hand upside down to help form an apex for the best strength 3. Make sure to clean up edges for longer lasting nails + to avoid allergies! 4. Apply a thin layer (I cure first just because I struggle keeping a thin enough layer to cure) and then apply a thicker layer and drag it over the top 5. Wrap the free edge/tips of your nail to prevent chipping Hope this helps! I’ve been able to get 1.5 weeks wear and only remove it because my nails grow so much! My nails feel a lot stronger. I finally made the jump and did my own gel nails. No time to go into the salon with a new baby at home. I got the base, top, and color. Instructions were easy. I used L.K.E Sun XP Plus as my light which I also found on Amazon. Base. 30 sec light. Color. 30 sec light. Another coat color 30 sec light. Top clear 35 sec of light. Done. Before buying I read that the color gel is thin and that was a downer. I didn't find it bad. I like how thin it was. I think it made it easy and forgivable to work with being new to doing my own.

Esattamente quello che cercavo. gel semitrasparente nei colori naturali. I 4 gel hanno lo stesso colore in 4 toni dal più chiar al più scuro. Naturalmente ci vuole una carnagione adatta, olivastra o scura, perché non sono rosati. Sono soddisfatta perché io faccio solo ue strati di prodotto, troppo alto non mi piace, e con queste 4 gradazioni posso usarlo a seconda che lo voglio più o meno scuro, anche perché in estate ho la pelle molto più scura e userò le due tonalità più scure. La texture è molto facile da stendere e l'effetto finale è professionale
