Once you have carefully remove the back and the seat portion also carefully remove the wood stairs on either side of the wood frame. An important part is to clean the channel for which the fabric with the wood stay is located. I suggest you wipe up a piece or a portion of a piece of steel wool and carefully clean out any birds or dirt or anything that would be an obstruction to the new fabric with the stay in it. This process to replace these canvas seat and back just takes patients. I would say it took us 10 minutes to accomplish two chairs perfectly. That means that we did steal wool the channel for the Dowl that goes into the sides of the seat portion to ensure that it stays in place. The most important part is look at where you started and make sure that you don’t rush to do the back first and then the seat. You need to start with a seat and inserting only one side, maybe 2 inches the next side that 2 inches and carefully migrated to the back putting on the backpiece is a no-brainer. That should take about five seconds. This particular Vendor engineered both the back and the seat stay channel exceptionally well we had no difficulty. I did use a Phillips screwdriver to carefully and gently open up the stay channel in removing the stay which in our case was fiberglass. We also steel wool that stay so that it would be smooth and with glide easily into the fabric of the new seat piece overall, I think that all of the negative comments and the AI generated issues simply lack the idea of this simple task that takes patience once finished these chairs do look near new. We have had our frames for probably 25 or 26 years. They still look good because we take care of them. I would highly recommend this Vendor.

A neighbor gave me a set of these chairs. The fabric needed to be replaced. This canvas is heavy duty and good quality. I thought it wasn’t going to fit but it did. The color is vibrant. Pleased with purchase. 4 sets at the price I paid is a bargain.

This product works exactly as stated. Fit my old director chair perfectly. The canvas material is of very good quality as well. The Seller is also very reliable and supportive. An item was missing and the Seller responded quickly and effectively. Thank you.

Nice material but the measurements is a bit off to what it says.

I only bought this as I needed it for a quick delivery Like other reviewers have said it is slightly smaller, but that is the design to fit snuggly into the chair. HOWEVER campus is very thin and even being a little smaller it should be tight and loosen up overtime. This does not do that. There is too much flex in the seat due to the thin canvas that is supplied. You were better off getting another brand which I have bought in the past and remains fairly tight with a lot less give in the seat Keep your wooden dowels from your old seat if this is a replacement as they do not come with new ones like other canvas replacement covers do Three stars given for the quick shipping and value of two sets of covers. Not quality.

And only did two the exact same size, so it’s not as advertised also, they’re way too small for my director’s chair nowhere where does it say clearly that there are different size directors chairs? Don’t order!
