are there any caps for these bottles so as not to spill when you grab one??

Yes' 3 of the 4 bottles come with a cap. The exception is the "Orange", due to the fact that the nozzle/pourer is configured somewhat differently for that one, than the other 3.

Could these containers be used for oil-based dressings? I am concerned about the oil seeping from under the screw top.

I personally would only use them for juices, nothing oil based. It might be to messy.

Can you put alcoholic beverage into this container without doing any harm?

I have put many juices and mixed drinks into these without any problems, so they should be fine for that. Long term might not be good for just straight alcohol but I haven't tried, they are pretty thick plastic so it should be fine.
