These varieties of True Lemon have been a tremendous help in switching my kids diets. I tried going from things like Mio , (not-so-real) fruit juices and sodas, directly to using nothing but flavored stevia drops in water......I do not recommend doing that ;) Needless to say, it was too big of a change too quick, that was met with much resistance. I discovered these True Lemon varieties just searching around out of desperation and am I ever so relieved. They love the flavors and they are easy to prepare. I use a large container when were at home and add two packets to 64oz of water (8cups), so I don't have to fiddle around trying to add little bits of the powder to different cups. My young daughter even takes packets with her when she visits friends and relatives, so she's not limited to just water when shes away. She realized the effects of garbage food and sugar laden drinks after a weekend at a friends filled with just such things, which saw her home with a sick stomach and a screaming headache.Another great thing, I think, is that whatever form of sugar there is (not sure if it's added or natural) it's only 1gram per packet. That makes it soo much easier to know and control their sugar intake, and anything that helps with that in this day & age of 'sugar saturation' is A-OK in my book!Now, if only Amazon would do us fans of True Lemon Assorted Mixes a favor and make it available as a Subscribe & Save.......

I heard about these on a diet forum. I have been looking for something low calorie to flavor water that did not have artificial sweeteners. I purchased an assorted flavor pack, and I found these surprisingly tasty! Small and portable, they are easy to use anywhere. I really love the variety and the taste. They are perfect for my diet and help me drink more water.

All flavors are excellent except for the orange mango, it tastes terrible and rancid like. The previous assortment came with a mango lemonade which was my favorite but this new formulation of mango with orange is awful. Would have been five stars with old mango lemonade

I have these on subscription as i love them. They are a great healthy option instead of soda, sugary drinks, etc. A must for my healthy plan.
