This is a review of the HNYG 68” Medical Wheelchair BeltI’ve only rated this as three stars, but I have to qualify that by saying we only used it two or three times.My wife suffered from advanced Lewy Body Dementia, and when it advanced to the point that she could not longer sit in a chair without sliding out, we purchased this belt.No matter how we adjusted it, she would either slide under it so far that it would end up just below her neck, or she would manage to knock the wheelchair over, while still partial strapped in. While there was little or no chance that it could have strangled her, it didn’t keep her upright, either.I suspect that the belt would quite likely work much better for someone who needed a lesser degree of support than my wife required.

I bought this for someone who has Parkinson’s and needs stability when we are traveling outside. This works great and is padded well for comfort.

Keep Hubby from falling out of or just getting up trying to walk, sometimes he falls as he needs help to walk! Works great!

The extra size helps support person in wheelchair-less likely to slip downin wheelchair. Allows person to breathe without being too tight. Good materialthat is easy to keep clean.

My husband feels very safe in his wheelchair with this seatbelt.
