My (almost) 2 and 1/2 year old wears size a between size 7 &8 toddler shoes. I ordered an 8.5. It is very loose on her. I should have ordered 7.5. I got the 8.5 C size and it justbarely is big enough. I was aiming to buy 1/2 size up so that she can grow with it for the next year. I will update later but I feel like we will end up buying again in 6 months. My daughter wears size 8, I bought a 8.5.....My advice: C width is kind of small. I might buy a width bigger next time. These were poorly made. One of the nails used to hold the tap in place was put in badly and had a sharp piece of metal sticking out of it. It could've hurt my daughter when she put it on, and it definitely would've ruined the floor with big scratches. I also compared it with a Capezio shoe I bought and the tap was much thinner and made a lack luster sound.
