My heart is beating smoother. My heart palpitations are gone. NMN enables those resources to exist.There are drawbacks to "youth" as we all know. Young people seem immature; with their hesitant decision making, youthful exuberance, excitement, and over-all well-being. The "wise-stuff" of the aged person is overlapped by the energeticism enabled by NMN, so beware of looking foolish with your newly active brain. But, equipped with the perspective and understanding of why this is happening is enough for me to overlook my newly-found immaturity and forgive myself for being so damn healthy.

Taking this has made a huge difference in my energy level-- even just taking 125 mg (1 pill) a day. Caveat: I am also doing many of the other recommendations from Sinclair et al., including daily aerobic exercise (just 5 minutes or so), cold exposure (cold shower after said exercise), and CR at least once a week. It is night-and-day easier to exercise when taking this, and I have been healing faster as well-- the little bruises and cuts that just seemed to take longer to heal as an older person are now healing like when I was younger. I had also been going through perimenopause, and those symptoms have reversed. I have gained about 5 pounds. A friend thinks this is due to building muscle mass because of the daily cardio, but I'm wondering if a more efficient Krebs cycle means more ATP means more calories generated from my food? Either could be true.

Whether NMN is better than NR, it seems to have different answers depending on who is doing the selling. I can tell you from my experience that at least this brand of NMN does what the competition promises -- more energy. And I've been taking it sublingually out of the capsule, as it does hit the system faster.

I started off with this product a little over 2 years ago for 6 months and loved it. I was energetic and it seems to help me with energy and helped me look younger. I noticed after a while, i was getting less hair loss on my floor. I still get some now but no where as much as before. I tried cheaper NMN supplements and it didn't seem to do anything for me. I even tried NR thinking that it had a better pathway (I am not sure it does) at least it didn't seem to help as much as N-Stac. I am going to stick to this one.

After consuming almost a whole bottle at 2 pills per day, I have yet to feel the effects. Not that I was suffering from low energy before. I'm more into the anti-aging aspects. Maybe that is my problem? I would rather not double the dose because then I would be using 2 bottle per month which seems an excessive amount to spend on a supplement. Oh and for some reason my second bottle has different colored capsules. Did this happen to anyone else?
