I traveled around the world to some very warm places and these tablets were fantastic for dehydration and rest. I never travel without them.

I mixed with more water than suggested because I just didn't like the taste. I think they do help for rest but not as much as I expected.

The taste is meh. The price is not good. They don’t dissolve super well unless you use warm water which is kinda weird. The only good things were that they did help with my Charlie horses at night and that you only mix it in a little bit of water. My pregnant bladder appreciated the couple sips vs an entire water bottle of any other packet.

I've used this along with the post sweat formula. The tabs dissolve better if you break them in half. I can't speak for the relaxing quality, but it does help with recovery. It tastes really good too; I mix it with lemon or grape Propel, but it's also good with Gatorade.

For some reason these tablets wouldn’t dissolve in my water. I tried a few time ask it just made a ton of white stuff in the top of my water and it didn’t taste good. I’ve had had Nu’un many times and this is the only flavor I have had that result with.

I love this stuff, it's very hydrating and also relaxing. I live in a hot and humid climate and I take it every night before bed, especially in the summer.I notice a difference in my sleep quality when I take it vs when I don't.
