Needles are easily broken.
The needles snapped the day I used them but the tool has 4 sizes and easy to use. Though when they snapped it can be difficult to get broken out of needle hole. I recommend buying extra needles for any rerooting.

Parts don’t fit
The handle doesn’t tighten enough on either end for either of the needle sizes it comes with. Needles too small, holes too big. Either way they don’t fit, just rattle around and fall out or fall inside. Was easy to get refunded however

Flimsy broke
After 3 punches into the doll head it snapped. Tried the other end and it just kept sliding back into the tool. Wasted money. Very disappointed

Unfit for purpose.
I have returned this, as firstly, as another buyer experienced, the needle does not fit the tool and secondly, when used, the needle snapped in two, almost impaling my hand. Having bought this for my 10 year old to use, I'm so glad I didn't let her try it first. Dangerous to say the least!
