The stalks and flower buds was moldy which meant I couldn't use them.

Great product at great price. However I never found any of these that would be stripped from the sticks. It is a painful process to manually remove softer parts from the hard dry stems. It is impossible to brew the tea if the stems are there. I am using an individual infuser, which is small and I need finer tea. It took me more than an hour of hard manual labour to make this tea to an acceptable quality.

J'ai acheté ce thé pour tout ses bienfaits, notamment pour les petits maux de l'hiver. Il est assez parfumé, je le laisse infuser une dizaine de minutes pour qu'il soit bien parfumé
