The ad says water resistant and the first time it rained they stopped working. A few days later they started working again but only stay on for maybe an hour after coming on. I am super disappointed about this. I loved the way these looked and that they were small but I will not buy again unfortunately.

These little lights are great! I used them to light up a front porch stairway, and they work fantastic. I have only had them for a few weeks, so I cant speak to the durability yet, but they seem to be waterproof and last most of the night on a full day charge. The only thing I wish they had was a template in the box to make the install a little easier. It wasn't a huge deal to make a template, but having one ready to go would have been nice too. They aren't super bright, but I didn't want to blind anyone with them, just add some accent lights so you can see the stairs as you are walking up them. I would say they are in the 3000-4000 color range ( not yellow, but not blue either). All in all, a great deal for what I wanted to use them for.

These lights work fine in my application. They're not super bright, but I didn't really want them to be. I bought two packs and am using all but one, and all of them worked. You really have to take these for what they are. I mean these lights really are at the low end of the cost spectrum to put it nicely. So after four months of use (in central Texas where there's plenty of sun for the little solar panels) it's not surprising that the cheap batteries really show their limitations. They're dead after three hours of powering the lights. When they were new it was quite a bit longer than that, but they never stayed lit completely through the night. The included AA battery is only a 600 mAh NiMH. As others have done I ended up replacing these with a larger capacity cell, a 3300 mAh. There are three screws on the back and the case comes apart easily to swap the batteries. Now they stay lit from sundown to sunrise, a full 12 hours at the time of this writing! The photos are a bit deceiving as the setting appears to be relatively light outside (my phone automatically adjusted aperture and ISO settings). But it really was dark enough for all 23 lights to kick on.

These must receive direct sun light to charge fully. Indirect light, even if bright, will only give you a couple of hours of light. They are not super bright like a security light but more like ambient light.

We just got these delivered yesterday and set them out in the sun all day and installed late in the afternoon. It would be helpful if the instructions could provide a paper template since there is a dozen to measure to install and would have sped things along, but its a very simple process. We put them along our front fenceline on the road since we live in a rural area with no street lighting and it gives off a great little light to illuminate our front fence. It would be perfect for a path say beside the house or back alley, just enough to light the area but not obnoxious. Great value for money if they hold up well which only time will tell..

These look GREAT when you first get them but then will only stay lit for a few hours. By 10pm they are all turned off. I replaced the batteries and still no good. Junk... When looking for a Driveway path light look for DUSK to DAWN label. I have ordered a new type to TEST!

There was actually two other lights in these photos that were totally not lit up at all. Total crap! Such a disappointment! A couple of the 12 lights actually light up decent fully charged in the sun, but about 8 of them don’t at all stay lit when it’s dark as they should. Totally dark, no light at all. I wish I realized this and returned these sooner and could get my money back or replacements :-(

I built a magnificent 1/2 acre pine fence 2 years ago. To celebrate i bought these lights and some ground lights, also solar. Ground lights are down to one or 2 left... But these lights are still bright and perfect. Every night I see them and think "I need to review these lights". These are money well spent. Love these. Can see them across 3/4 of an acre.

Most of the lights stop working after a few days outdoors. These lights are not waterproof. Had some heavy rain for a day and the lights have not worked since. I will be returning this product for a refund. I do not recommend them.The company has a replacement guarantee with their product but after multiple emails correspondents, it went nowhere. They told me that they don't have a copy of my purchase. Total scam!

We love them they look great on our fence will buy more when needed thanks.

Could be brighter

Nice solar lights and quality is good, however they only stay lit for about 4-5 hours. We have them in direct sunlight all day long. I don't feel they are worth buying as a result. Would like our money back. Kindly reply.

Put these up on our backyard fence and they add a nice gentle downlight effect. Very pleased with them so far, ordered a second pack to put on the rest of the fence!
