Great book. A book that every CFO should read!

If you want to know more about Accenture and hire its services, definitely it's a good reference. But If you want serious research and learn how to apply ZBB concepts this is not good reading for you.

Reads like a sales pitch for the authors services rather than providing any true insights. The book presents a few common sense principles and wraps them up with a lot of hype and spin. Too fluffy and naive to be taken seriously by the C-suite and too abstract to be useful at any other level. I did not learn anything here.
