Great gluten flour! I can bake and even make pancakes. Add an egg, banana, vanilla, and cinnamon and the best gluten free pancakes. Great value and great taste!

Always good to have gluten-free flour!! it’s hard to find good products in the store that you can trust and I’ve used this for gravy, which is very nice. I may start baking bread again and it’s good to have this on hand. I cannot taste the difference between regular flour and using Bob’s which is good because the grandkids can complain if there’s something different. Not in this case. Five stars.!

This is such great flour

I have been super impressed by this flour. I have used it for cookies, german pancakes, pancakes, and pies and it has worked so good. Often I can't even tell it is gluten free. I have also used it in making bread and it worked pretty good for that too.
