London Calling (2019 Limited Special Sleeve)

Great album neatly packaged

I'm a Clash fan ,so I pretty much buy anything I can by The Clash, I bought this album first on the 15th of December 1979 ,it was great then and funny enough it's still great, even my children (5) like it Well most of them do ,it really does belong in anyone's music collection, the lyrics are just fantastic and cover a lot of what goes on in people's lives, and I just couldn't understand how anyone could not like the music.... it's the dog's b####cks..... really

Absolutely fantastic. The album as we all no is a killer. I bought this set as I basically try and buy anything I can that gets released. This scrapbook, really is the dogs ones. It's a hardcover book with loads of pics, scribbles, lyrics etc and the album on CD for good measure. If you're a Clash maniac like me, you will want this on your collection. Highly recommended. I would however have like to have included the extras from the 25th anniversary set, but I'm really not complaining.

Both discs work, but I wish the case was plastic instead of a sleeve. Please email me if you managed to make one.

Other than a greatest hits cd this was the first The Clash album I bought and it was love at first listen. The title track being one of their most iconic singles.The printed on clear sleeve is lovely.This also a great mastering of the album, the bass really jumps out at you which for the track Jimmy Jazz its wonderful.Oh and I can't remember if it says so in the description but the vinyl includes a we are vinyl Download code.

Great price for this iconic album, every track is excellent and truly captures the era .

Classic CD that comes with an amazing hard cover 'London Calling' band scrapbook which although a bit pricey is worth every penny if you're a Clash fan. A great collection of rare photos/press cuttings/handwritten lyrics/reviews etc. Love it!
