Review: Faulty Doll and Pointless Warranty - We absolutely *loved* this doll until both legs fell out because of a faulty pelvic joint that cracked under normal use after only 6 months. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone from the seller or desertcart because all of the customer service is AI-driven and won't route you anywhere you could actually get help. I am extremely frustrated that such an expensive gift for my child has become an expensive piece of trash and there is no recourse at all. I do not recommend that you purchase this on desertcart. Although EVA dolls come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, it does not seem to be in effect if you purchase on desertcart.
Review: Came damaged, otherwise it would have got 5 stars - This item came broken and had to be glued together before giving it to my daughter. For the price of the doll I'm rather shocked at this... If it weren't for the latter, it is actually a great doll for a little one.

We absolutely *loved* this doll until both legs fell out because of a faulty pelvic joint that cracked under normal use after only 6 months. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone from the seller or Amazon because all of the customer service is AI-driven and won't route you anywhere you could actually get help. I am extremely frustrated that such an expensive gift for my child has become an expensive piece of trash and there is no recourse at all. I do not recommend that you purchase this on Amazon. Although EVA dolls come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, it does not seem to be in effect if you purchase on Amazon.
