Will the 12” blade cut the 3M 99”x90’ film roll?

If this blade can cut the 3M plastic masking, I haven't found a way. I always have to use a utility blade. Works great for masking paper.

Are their screws to hold the blade on, or does it just lock into the hand masker? If there are screws which order do they come with?

No screws, it locks onto the hand masker

Paper weighs more than plastic. Is the tool sturdy enough to hold a roll of 12" masking paper?

Yes, this tool is one of my daily essentials. I work for a restoration company that specializes in remodeling storage facilities and we use 12" rolls of paper by the box. I've had my masker for quite some time and have used well over 100 rolls of paper.

Paper blade only! This tool is incredible!

Paired with the M3000, it is an incredible tool that can combat my wife’s forever changing mind….no matter the paint project this tool is sure to speed up your job. I was actually shocked how much time it saved me. If your are buying paper with it. Pro tip 9” paper 1” tape seems to be the best all around paper tape combo.
