Which is great to know less is being wasted and more is being put into your body.It is quite a large tablet, easier to swallow than you would think because of the plastic coating.So far, I've noticed I'm a little less tired. My stomach isnt making all of its unusual sounds. I will continue to take these to see how much they can really improve. I'm impressed so far and I hope they continue to better my digestive system.I would recommend. They are on the dearer side. This may be because of all the components its built up with. My stomach seems calmer so far which is less exhausting too. 90 tablets in each pack. Each pack is resealable.

On receiving my order I was very disappointed to find that the specification per capsule of curcumin (171mg) on the bottle is hugely different to what is claimed on this Amazon page (428mg). I bought this product instead of my usual (Swiss BioEnergetics) precisely because of the claimed high curcumin content and the much better value that this promised. Now looking down at the foreign reviews I notice that this issue has been flagged up several times.Basically what this means is that I would have to take SIX of these capsules per day to rival the amount of curcumin I was getting from just TWO of the Swiss BioEnergetics ones. That means that this bottle will last only 15 days at that rate whereas the SB lasts 30 days… and they are similar in price.This is clearly much poorer value and it looks like sharp practice from this company and frankly I feel I’ve been had here! Buyers beware!

This was easy to swallow and it was easy to open the container. There was no unpleasant aftertaste.I have been meaning to take a turmeric supplement for some time because of it being so highly rated in relation to its many health benefits.I was asked to rate on pain suppression and absorption I've no idea how I'm supposed to assess absorption and I don't know about pain because I'm not taking it to relief pain. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and potentially an anti-cancer substance etc. Externally turmeric can reduce scarring help get rid of acne and improve other skin conditions.

Turmeric at the moment is a spice of herbal interest. Some of the constituents (including curcumin) have anti-inflammatory actions. This may be useful for joint and other inflammations. Curcumine, is according to some sites, not quite so easily absorbed into the bloodstream, whereas piperine (within black pepper) helps that absorption, so it makes sense that black pepper extract is one of the constituents : Turmeric extract (this will be curcuma) Turmeric powder, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (the non-gelatine capsule, so suitable for vegans) black pepper extract, barley fibre,papain, alfalfa, spirulina.The other constituents (other than the capsule) are there to aid absorption and gut functionThe reason we began to use herbs and spices in cooking at all was not just aesthetic, better taste, but the herbs and spices are often highly antimicrobial - really helpful to ingest especially before fridges - if something was 'off' and might perhaps cause gastric upsets, ingesting herbs and spices with their antimicrobial action (there to support the immunity of the plant) would be useful to us. Plus, of course, they stimulate digestive action itself, either through affecting the peristaltic action of the gut, or increasing the secretion of digestive enzymes.Turmeric is a spice which is of interest as a possible immune stimulant - and a 'folk use' of the powder, stirred into honey, is wonderfully soothing for sore throats and congested chests/helping to soothe and loosen chesty coughs.It's a spice I'm happy to consider also as a medicineMy current turmeric, a a 400mg tab is suggested to be taken twice a day (800mg) I assume the lower dose in this 1 a day tablet (450mg, active curcumin 428mg) is compensated for by the piperin aiding absorptionMy reason for self-prescription at this time is more for general support as this has been a year with a lot of additional stress going on, and I am aware that chronic stress places all sorts of challenges, and at such times, it seems as if some direct somatic support is needed over and above normal stress management techniques, exercise and diet itself.

Kurkuma hat ein breites Wirkspektrum und im Rahmen vieler Studien sind im Gegensatz zu anderen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln nachgewiesen.Ich nutze Kurkuma auf Grund der allg. entzündungshemenden Wirkung und dem positiven Effekt bei Hauterkrankungen. Nach ca. 1 Woche reduziert sich der Juckreiz an den Hautstellen deutlich.Einnahme erfolgt Mittags zu einer Mahlzeit, ausreichend Flüssigkeit ist erforderlich.

Wie viele hier bereits bemängelt haben, stehen auf dem Etikett ganz andere Mengen, als in der Artikelbschreibung angegeben sind.Artikelbeschreibung:Kurkuma Extrakt: 450mg (davon 428mg Curcumin),Kurkuma Pulver: 150mgschw. Pfeffer Extrakt: 10mg= Gesamt: 610mgInhaltsstoffe laut Etikett:Kurkuma Extrakt: 180mg (davon 171mg Curcumin),Kurkuma Pulver: 150mgschw. Pfeffer Extrakt: 10mgPapain: 10mgSpirulina: 10mg= Gesamt: 360mgProblem 1:Abweichung bei den Inhaltsstoffen allgemein. Dazu kann ich leider nicht viel sagen ;-/Problem 2:Abweichung bei den Mengen der einzelnen Inhaltstoffe.Laut Artikelbschreibung, sollen 610mg enthalten sein, laut Etikett nur 360mg.Aus Neugier habe ich das Pulver einer Kapsel mit einer Feinwaage gewogen. Das Ergebnis: ca 560mgIn der Kapsel klebten noch Pulverreste, das heisst zu den 560mg kommt noch ein wenig oben drauf.Davon ausgehend, dass ich gewogen auf ca. 600mg gekommen bin, nehme ich an, dass die Angaben der Artikelbeschreibung richtiger sind, als die des Etiketts. Laut Etikett sollte dann doch ca. 200mg weniger enthalten sein, als es tatsächlich sind.Um das Poblem aufzuklären, werde ich aber noch den Hersteller kontaktieren. - Einfach so weil ich gerade langeweile habe.

Je suis personnellement un habitué des compléments alimentaires de ce laboratoire : ils sont de qualité. Le seul reproche qu'on puisse lui faire c'est que leurs gélules sont un peu grosse à avaler. Pour décrire le champs d'actions de celles ci, le curcuma possède de puissants antioxydants. Il est bénéfique pour contrôler les inflammations, soutenir la santé du coeur (protègerait les vaisseaux sanguins des dommages causés par le cholestérol), améliorer la fonction articulaire, favoriser la digestion et empêcher l'accumulation des graisses dans le foie. Bref une petite cure ne peut être que positive !

Le curcuma a de nombreuses vertus, il est connu pour ses bienfaits anti-inflammatoire, anti-bactérien, anti-dépresseur, anti-stress, anti-cancer, bon pour les articulations, les problèmes hépatiques et biliaires, régulation du cycle menstruel etc…C’est un vrai produit miraculeux, il est d’ailleurs fort utilsé dans les médecines traditionnelles orientalesJ’ai la cinquantaine et j’ai souvent des problèmes de digestion, notamment quand je vais manger sur le temps de midi avec mes collègues du bureau, le soir souvent, je n’ai pas encore digéré le midi.J’ai déjà pris du curcuma d’autres marques auparavant, mais ce que j’aime avec la marque Plusvive, c’est le dosage élevé 10 000 mg, les éléments améliorant la biodisponibilité et la qualité du produit (made in Germany). Les éléments de biodisponibilité rendent le complément vraiment efficace.Cela ne fait que quelques jours que je prends ces gélules et les effets sont immédiats. Meilleure digestion, plus de ballonnements, je me sens léger et je n’ai plus de flatulence. Alors c’est décidé au lieu de prendre des médocs inefficaces, je prends une gélule tous les jours. C’est un vrai bonheur et en plus c’est naturel. Je recommande vraiment ce produit un peu cher mais d’excellente qualité. (Voir photos)
