Artisana Organic Raw Pecan Butter 8oz This is the first time reviewing a product everrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! It came in the mail yesterday and oh wow. WONDERFUL. I am born and raised and have lived my whole life in the north so when I discovered Pecan Butter in the south on vacation this winter I had to come home and find some ...I have been searching high and low and didn't find it readily available on line to speak of. BUT came across this product here.....and I am soooooooooooooooooo glad I bought it. It has a fantastic texture and taste. Though there is a nutty way about it it is not chunky, it is smooth. It melts in your mouth. It is easily a feel good food. A food that has a lingering memory to it, for sure and for real a comfort food. Though reminds me of the south and their hospitality, it reminds me of HOME. It reminds me of a product that is made with care and it is something I will buy again and again and hopefully some day have grandchildren to raise on it...I want it to be a special comfort food at Memere's house. :) It has a natural taste to it and it is just simply a refreshing product. This is the best raw pecan butter I have ever tasted I went from buying the 8oz jar to the 140z.this stuff is addicting.if you like pecans and or cashews then you will certainly love this.for me it's like when I'm out of it I'm craving for more.i run through these jars like water.heck let me go and order me one now.dont take my word,try it for yourself and I bet you won't eat just one jar without wanting more.

A few months ago, I discovered raw nut and seed butters, And it was WOW! What a difference, It's not easy to explain, but there is a freshness that is a huge difference from other butters, So, I started ordering more flavors. I have quite a collection at this point and i rotate them. Pecan is a winner, Really a winner, It's up at the top as one of the best, The two brands that I recommend are Better than Roasted and this one, Artisana, These butters are not cheap, But I think they are worth the added expense for how healthy you feel eating them, There is a whole community of people who have become raw food adherents, It's interesting to me, I'm not disciplined enough, motivated enough to jump in entirely, But I think everyone would be wise to make a proportion of their diet be raw, it can't hurt! Feel a little strange rating it 5 stars since I've never even tasted it but I am judging it by what I was told. I sent it as a gift to my parents who said they had some before and really liked it. I do know it arrived on time and in good shape and my sister, who lives with them, said the jar was half gone in one day. Even my mom, who cannot usually eat nuts due to dental problems and doesn't have much of an appetite, is able to enjoy this product. They are not 'health food nuts' either so doubt the 'raw and organic' even figured into their enjoyment. Just a good taste and texture!

I enjoy eating a teaspoon or two, as a nutritious organic energy- boasting, satisfying snack.Because the jar requires refrigeration after opening, contents need to warm to room temperature so the butter spreads easily!

Delicious flavour, very creamy. Just lovely! Like a mini dessert in a jar. I eat it straight from the jar with a spoon!
