Tasstes great, but for the classic size and shape that stopped so many Silver Age supervillains go for JJ's brand; Hostess never came back from the late 90s cost cuttingchanges. That said, these are great if you just want a taste without chomping down as much sugar, or for young children who won't eat a whole vlassic-size nfruit pie (or worse, who would but then get a belly ache from overeating just because it's sweet and delicious.)

These apple pies were delivered today, July 11. And dayed the best by July 26. I didn’t want to eat them all at once.

I liked the price. BUT they are stale almost at expiration date. They expire LESS than 2 weeks after they arrived at my house. And unfortunately I ordered several boxes.Really disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

Ideal snack pies, generally half the size of a "Hostess" or similar-sized pie. The glaze, for me, makes these overly sweet. You get 8 pies per box (32 pies for the order); some reviewers have mentioned that they have received boxes that either have exceeded or are close to their "expiration" dates - my Guaranteed Freshness date was Oct 29, 2021 (I received my order Oct 8, 2021). For me the value is limited - I am a one-person household so having this many in bulk is a none-winner - too sweet, too many, and questionable freshness dates make this too many negative factors to reorder again.

Everything was really good. It tastes was awesome. The crust was nice and flaky, and they were fresh. I was not very happy with the value. the boxes say they are 3.99 apiece which is about $16 for four boxes and they charge me $27 so does that mean they charge me for shipping which for supposed to be free?

I love them, fits great in my lunch.
