It slices, it dices, it makes julienne fries
These are seriously sharp. Maybe the sharpest blades I've ever used in my life. Cutting through cardboard, paper, boxing material, poly, or styrofoam - it's a hot knife through butter each time. However, note that it almost goes towards being too sharp depending on the task. For the more industrial jobs of cutting sheetrock or gypsum, or for scoring wood or cutting plastic it's almost too thin and doesn't look like it serves this purpose well.
