The media could not be loaded. It can be consumed empty stomach! You will sweat alot however the effect of this burner starts after an hour and would remain 2 hours! Not a powerful burner hence would not recommend to those who are expecting 20-30 kg weight shedding! Ok for those who want consistency in their current weight!
