It opens and closes my door. Seems to do that very well. Hasn't failed me yet. The build quality seems better than the knob it replaced and the finish is nice. Comes with everything you need to install it.

No door hardware is hard to install so I won't comment on that. Also, it is Schlage which is a top brand for door hardware and so the build quality is quite good. I usually don't buy for the brand but I do like Schlage.I have had the Kwikset nobs with similar style and finish and can say that the Schlage are far superior. Spend the extra $1.50 per set and go with Schlage.Came on time and packaged well.

I installed a few of these in my house a couple of years ago. They still look and work great. Standard Schlage quality.

These door handles have a great feel. I've been using them for several years and finally got around to replacing the last two in my house that were another brand. They have been solid for me and don't seem to suffer from broken springs in the striker like other manufacturers.

Installs easily if you follow directions

I replaced all the doorknobs in my house. Schlage also makes matching knobs with push button and keyed locks.
