Pretty thin can't believe it's 23ga. There is no X spline it's a thin tape separator. Not talking about the ripcord- the separator is a thin flat strip. Biggest issue is that there is barely a distinction between brown vs orange. Best luck if you're in the dark drop ceiling doing terminations or dark corner. Pulls fine out of box but at this price it was not the best choice.
