What size timber do you need for the slats

The fittings will take boards 140mm (5.5") wide. Mine are 25mm thick and they fit no bother. Thinner boards would work but be aware that the screws that hold the boards in place are about 15mm long so would protrude if the boards were any thinner than that. Lengthwise, mine are 90 cm long but the packaging suggests you can go up to 120cm (48")
