Video is excellent..I do it 4 to 5 times a week!Never gets boring..for beginners to advance

This video is not one of those traveling through the countryside ones, its a group class, like what you would experience in a gym class setting. Wife mixes this one in with the others and says its awesome.

My rating is purely on the introduction alone.... The safety instructions are very thorough but boring if you are eager to get started(listen to instructions :-) ). I was not able to start workout because there are 3 options and the first 1 auto plays, but you must have a button or remote to scroll the "next button" won't work or "skip" your dvd player must have remote or direction select buttons. overall we see how it goes...

Good starter DVD

Bought it for my wife who got a spinning bike for xmas. Said the instructor on the video low energy, music was out of an adult film sound track. Very disappointed with the video. Would try another title or manufacturer

Did not like this Dvd it is so boring.
