It’s been almost 6 years, so I think it’s finally time to write this review. I bought this alarm clock during COVID because working from home turned into sleeping from home, and I needed something that would actually wake me up. I only used the vibration feature a handful of times because I could never find a reliable way to keep it attached to my pillow. But this alarm clock? It’s an absolute beast. On mornings when I haven’t gotten enough sleep, my alarm goes off, I can’t find my glasses, and instead of turning it off I accidentally hit snooze. When that happens, I get irrationally angry. I’ve smacked this thing countless times while blindly trying to shut it up, and it has never broken. The real durability test comes when I accidentally hit snooze multiple times in a row. At that point, all logic leaves my body. I’ve unplugged this alarm clock and launched it onto my hardwood floor more than twenty times! Every time, the front plastic cover pops off, I snap it back together, plug it in, and it keeps working like nothing happened. In nearly 6 years, the only thing that’s actually broken is one tiny plastic tab that holds the front cover on. The broken piece is still rattling around inside the clock somewhere as a reminder of all the abuse this thing has survived. For years I’ve told myself I needed to leave a review about how ridiculously durable this alarm clock is, but I kept forgetting. Then today, while moving things around on my nightstand, I accidentally knocked it onto the floor. The front cover popped off again. I picked it up, snapped it back together, plugged it in, and—just like always—it worked perfectly. At this point, I’m convinced this alarm clock will outlive me. UPDATE: I ended up reordering this alarm clock because I tried 3 other ones that did not have any of the features I wanted. Other clocks I tried would not allow me to use the bedshaker and have a audible sound as well. This one does.. Other clocks that had wireless bedshakers were not powerful enough to wake me. With this alarm clock, I can place the wireless shaker between my mattress and box spring and the vibration is strong enough to wake me. I am deaf so I rely solely on the bed shaker to wake me, but wanted to have an audible alarm for other family members to hear. This alarm clock is also super easy to set, and lets you set two different alarm times. I love that it has a USB plug for my phone to charge but most importantly, I love the wireless shaker, one less thing for my dog to trip over and unplug! I've had this replacement alarm about 3 weeks now and this one is not defective and has not randomly reset on me. SO glad I decided to give it another shot! I literally ordered and tried 4 alarm clocks with bed shakers and none of them were even close to providing all the functions and flexibility I wanted in an alarm clock. Highly recommend for anyone who is deaf or hard of hearing! Well I loved the fact that I found a clock with a bed-shaker that was wireless. My dog was always tripping over my old one. Unfortunately, I have to return this one because it is defective and randomly, once every other day or so, resets itself to 12:00. There are no power outages and it has not become unplugged. In fact, it happened two times when I was actually looking at the clock (maybe I have telekinesis and mentally reset the clock?) I don't want to risk having an alarm clock that resets in the middle of the night and doesn't wake me up. I am deaf and therefore I cannot set a "backup" alarm clock. But, just FYI, the vibration WAS enough to wake me, when it worked. Wishing it was defective and I would have kept this clock. Trying another brand.

I've had this for about a year and the vibration stopped working. Until then, it was an excellent alarm clock. Here's what I like about it: strong vibration, easy to use (good UX), simple, dependable. What I don't like about it: The alarms shuts off after a few minutes, the vibration broke. This alarm with just sound (no vibration) is too quiet to wake me up. How this compares to other vibrating alarm clocks - The Sonic Bomb has an awful UX. ILuv Timer Shaker is a massive chunky block of plastic and kind of annoying to use. There's an vibrating alarm with a colored light. That clock breaks easily, normally after a few months and then I need to deal with the warranty - I've been through three of that model.

I am very pleased with this clock. Previously purchased two other clocks and the alarm was very low and could not hear without hearing aids. This alarm is easy to use and I can hear it from the next room without my hearing aids. The attachment that comes with it vibrates strongly and is wireless but I don’t really need it because alarm is loud enough. The clock ⏰ itself is not big and fits nicely on an end table. I would highly recommend this product and would purchase it again. I only wish that it came in white too.

This felt so lightweight that I thought it might be cheaply made. . . But so far so good - I love it! Great features: the little shaker (that I put in my pillowcase under my pillow) works great; buzzer alarm is also fabulous (I only have it set on the volume midpoint and I can hear it from my living room lol); the led time brightness is adjustable so I have it on high (the light doesn’t bother me and I can see the time without my glasses); I also like that it can be set to military time (24 hr) so I can tell right away if it’s morning or afternoon; and the ability to plug in my iphone charger eliminates the need to use another plug on my surge protector! FYI: I have a sleep disorder and I‘m usually up all night, so it can be very difficult to find something that will wake me and make me actually get up. I was previously setting 3 consecutive alarms on my iphone but it was too easy to snooze or shut it off and go back to sleep. I work part time in the afternoons and woke up late for work again last week (and almost got fired). This came in 2 days (ordered Friday night, got it Sunday) and if it continues to work well, I’ll be all set and very thankful. The price was very reasonable for all these features.

This is annoyingly loud which is a good thing to help me hear and wake up. The vibration is very strong...the first night scared the crap out of me in the morning when it went off! I dislike worrying about getting up in the morning on time for fear of my hearing aid battery dying while I'm asleep. This pretty much eliminates that worry. I tried another model and it had a cord attached to the vibration disk. That cord got in my way so many times with being a stomach sleeper. I needed something that I wouldn't constantly be getting trapped in the cord and pulling the alarm clock down on top of my head. I love the wireless option!! Just make sure ya change the batteries on the vibrating disc when you notice the vibrations aren't quite as strong as they were in the beginning, or you'll only be left with the alarm sound. Getting the vibrating disc to sync with the alarm clock was a little tricky as the directions aren't very clear. So here's what worked for me: after alarm clock is plugged in, put batteries into the vibrating disc. You'll see the light on the disc blink green, press the match button on the clock before it stops blinking (I think irs like 6 seconds). Once you press the match button, the disc should vibrate. That's how you know you successfully linked the units up.

I wanted to love this alarm clock so much as it's the first I found without cable to connect to the shaker. I've bought 2 alarm clocks with shaker so far just to have the cable go brittle until it couldn't be repaired any more (alarm clocks still working well without shaker!). The clock looks very stylish, instructions to the point, shaker comes in it's own little velvet bag with long ties to avoid losing the disk in bed (very thoughtful)! However, when trying to set up the clock I quickly discovered that the "up" button does not work & trying to set the time was like hit and miss; gave up after 30 minutes. The up and down buttons are on the opposite ends of the clock and when you push time set (that's in the middle) the counter will speed up and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get the right times set because the clock switched from "hour" to "minutes" in the meantime!!! Frankly, if something as simple as a button does not work on a new item I can't see it lasting very long. Never got a chance to try out the disk which was very easy to prime.

I really loved this alarm. The only one that has for sure gotten me out of bed but in less than a year it stopped working. It hasn't worked in about 5 months but has stayed to see the time in the middle of the night. The alarm sound stopped working. The button to turn the sound on does nothing. I can see the lights flashing indicating the alarm is going off but no more sound or vibration. Very sad but given how long it lasted I don't think I would purchase again

This alarm will wake you and probably all of your neighbours up! And this is exactly what i was looking for. Setting it up was easy, but the letters on the buttons could be a little more visible: those green small letters were hard to read even with reading glasses on. But once it was set up- the greatest alarm in the world!! I like the large digits and the 24 hour option. The brightness is adjustable so it is not too bright at night and still you can tell the time at night. The sound is loud, like really loud. I never let beep past the first five beeps- terrified of waking up all of my neighbours- no sleeping past this one:). I don’t know what i expected the shaker to do, so this was a nice surprise. I thought it would be more robust and as is would do nothing- oh but it does!! the shaker in the pillowcase vibrates quite strongly- I set it to maximum, this is adjustable too. Highly recommend to all those who manage to sleep past regular alarm clocks and cell phones alarm and such.

Muy útil para despertar a cualquier hora a las personas con problemas de audición, para personas que se les dificulta el idioma inglés es un poco complicado configurar pero hoy en día tenemos herramientas suficientes para entender cómo los videos en español y el traductor de Google, una vez entendiendo el funcionamiento del reloj es muy fácil y sencillo de usar, lo que más me gusto es que es sensillo y puedes bajar el brillo del reloj en cualquier momento.

It works great, it's loud, I keep the vibrator thing under my pillow and it's very strong. My google alarms and phone alarms were never enough to wake me but this is wakes me quickly every morning.

El volumen del despertador no es especialmente alto y su alarma vibratoria apenas y logra sentirse. Así que si eres alguien con problemas de audición o un sueño muy pesado, probablemente no te sirva
