The item is for self assembly and is not pre-decorated as shown. I checked the item listing and it did not state that this was the case. When I received my item the packaged contained the actual garland (all rolled up) with several bags of baubles, flowers etc. However the baubles were either dinted, had circular holes on one side, or had patches of glitter missing. The poinsettia flowers were not a gold colour, they were yellow and were mis-shaped. All in all a very poor item. I did contact the seller for a full refund and after several partial refund offers I did obtain a full refund.
