It's unisex hat. You can adjust the strap. Please refer the size in the description.

The purpose of this mesh is to allow your head "breath" smoothly while working out. But it can also block most sunlight.

Q: These are for smaller heads...no larger models, like 7-3/4 to 8?

I wear a 7-3/4 hat and this because it is adjustable fits just fine.
