TinecoFull-Size LED Soft Roller Power Brush for A10/A11 Series (Except for A11 Pet) Cordless Vacuum, Ideal for Indoor Hard Floor & Hard Surface Use

I already owned the Tineco cordless vacuum. The head that the vacuum comes with works great, but I wanted something I could use that is specifically for our hardwood, and tile floors. It works great. The brush is covered with a soft sponge-like material. This is not meant for cleaning up wet spills. This works great for everyday cleaning. A little pricey for an attachment. The suction does not change when using this hard floor attachment. The Tineco brand has been very good to our household. As long as you clean your filters, and attachments their products work for years. The quality, and look of their products is wonderful. The only negative I can say is when trying to go against a wall, this attachment will not pick up things right on your wall/floor connecting area or against your baseboard.

Bought this when the motor on mine suddenly burnt out. Fits and works great with my vacuum and was cheaper than buying the brand name replacement

It works pretty well on the hard floors. Picks up cat litter sand and cat fur well and I like the bright LED lights that show where you're vacuuming. The only downsides are not so great durability - the rubber bumper on the front started to detach pretty quickly - and the wheels could be better. The grooves in the wheels seem to grab onto some bits at times and hold onto them so that it starts to feel bumpy while rolling across the floor. I have to stop and clean them regularly to keep a smooth roll.

I also purchased the soft roller head for hardwood and tile floors. Performs great with both the soft roller on hardwood and the brush roller on carpets. Much quieter than our Dyson. Has many unique features from others like it. I love this vaccum.

Stop working when I used it on wet floors

This is the perfect addition to our Tineco A11 Hero. We have mostly hard surfaces with area rugs. The multi surface brush that comes with the A11 is great for the rugs, but not as good on the hard surfaces. This soft roller is perfect for our floors. It picks up fine dust and larger debris with no problem. It’s easy to switch between the two rollers as needed.

This says that it works with the A11 Series of vacuums but it will not fit the A11 Pet. This head has a two prong electrical connection where as the A11 Pet has a three prong. This was confirmed with Tineco Customer Service. Apparently there are different Model numbers of this head but the model numbers are not listed on the Amazon listings or on the listings on the Tineco Store itself via their website. Apparently this soft roller head's model# is FB1753F and your need an FB1753K to fit the A11 Pet. But there is no way to tell which model# you are getting because it does not show anywhere on the listing. Tineco Customer Service said they would check their stock and see if they have the appropriate head and get back to me within 1-2 business days. We shall see. I will post an update when I hear from them. But they could do a better job of saying which vacuums this head will work with instead of saying the "A11 Series" because this will not work with my A11.

Great additional tool for use with my Tineco 11 Hero. As others have said, I was trying to decide between the 11 Hero and Master. The only difference between them that mattered to me was the soft roller head. The Tineco 11 Hero has been a great vacuum thus far. I was trying to decide between the Tineco and Dyson vacuum after my central vacuum system quit. In regards to the Dyson I do prefer the way their dirt bin empties but I really like the LED lights on the motor heads of the Tineco. And for the difference in price I went with the Tineco and purchased the soft roller head separately because I have antique pinewood floors. For a couple of months I used the motor head that came with the Hero and it worked well but I do like the soft roller head it does a better job of picking up larger debri like kibble, etc. I have 2 very large German Shedders ( I mean Shepherds) and both motor heads/brushes and vacuum itself do a great job of picking up their hair. I am curious to see how well the Tineco holds up with almost every day use. So far I am very pleased with my Tineco and cordless vacuum are definitely the way to go!
