This is the best way to get turmeric every day. I pack black pepper and turmeric into these capsules and take one per day. They work great if you don't mind the inconvenience of loading them. They also go down quite well considering their size.

My son can only swallow capsules and not tablets. So I got these to put any tablets inside and he can swallow these capsules just fine. The bigger size holds most any type of tablet he’d need to take. I appreciate that they’re vegan as well.

I bought this in size 000 (largest) for some badly tasting powder - supplement. One of these pill case holds about a quarter of teaspoon. Almost exactly. Very easy to fill and put together. Holds well. Highly recommended.

They're easier to fill than the smaller versions. Dissolves easily and no weird taste.
