What is the difference between model 4100-S (this one) and the 4100-D?

The difference between the two models is this: The neck component of the Model 4100-S is our single air cell cervical unit, with one air cell to work the neck; whereas the neck component of the Model 4100-D is our dual air cell cervical unit, with two air cells that work both the neck and upper back, or "hump" region. Hello, The difference is: Posture Pump® lifts and expands the lumbar spine in a radial configuration (supporting the spine) opening up the discs anteriorly and posteriorly- increasing disc height, all without compromising the natural curvature of the spine. The 4100s also does the same for the cervical spine.

Can you seperate neck & lower back pump?

The Elliptical Back Rocker™ Model 2000 (lower back pump) can be detached from the connecting Comfort Pad & neck unit. It is attached by Velcro straps. The straps themselves should not be removed from the lower back pump. The cervical neck pump, however, cannot be detached from the Comfort Pad
