However it is a nice product to use, it’s like a very liquid gel which sinks in easily and leaves your skin feeling smooth, and a little goes a long way. I’m a little dubious about it having 3% retinol, as I thought the maximum strength allowed without prescription was 2.5%. Also it says 3% in the caption, but this is not stated on the bottle or box.
