Easier to store than other equipment
I want to build moderate muscle but haven't got the room for lots of weights, so these seem a good alternative, being easy to store and providing good resistance.It would have been good to have included some instructions or a basic exercise routine.

They are good and useful but I wanted them much longer. Also, I wanted an even stronger one. So, I had to buy an extra separate 0.75 mm in a shop, to supplement these three. I use them twice a day and they are very good for physiotherapy and other muscle training.

Great Item for Home Workout
The resistance bands have added a new level to my home workout. I love them. I can really feel the difference. I haven't tried anything beyond basic moves yet, but I am confident they will perform. Great product.
