PopSocketsPhone Grip with Expanding Kickstand, White on Black

I had this Popsocket on my phone for just over 9 months. Actually on two separate phone cases, so it stuck great even after removing and reapplying to a different case. That whole time it was on my phone I could not get it to come apart to become swap-able, but when I took it off just now to replace it with a new one I finally got it! I think the sticky part was sticking to the piece that is supposed to rotate thus making it hard to turn it the 90 degrees while it was on my phone. The only reason I replaced it was the base part got a little bent when I peeled it off the first time and put it on a new case. Still stuck just fine for months and months and would have prob lasted many more, it just bothered me when I looked at it - just a little OCD is all. Overall great product, sticky and durable.

The product is awesome but the packagimg was a complete mess lol. It came in a sealed bag that was covered in what seemed to be lotion or something? Seemed like an accidental spill maybe during packaging and was very slippery. But then when i got it open there wasn't one of those little plastic pieces that you peel to reveal the adhesive. It was literally stuck to the cardboard package that it's displayed in. I had to peel off all of the little pieces of cardboard little at a time😭And then u just super glued it to my phone case because there wasn't any adhesive left.

This item is flexible and helps me grasp my phone better because I have carpal tunnel syndrome. When I got a case for my iPhone, I was concerned that it would not stick to the case. But it did, and it’s still there more than a year later! However, this didn’t work on my husband’s type of case.

This popsocket arrived today with dirt on it and uncleanable. I called and they promised to send me a replacement. In the meantime, I thought I will try it on my phone. It did not stick!! Never saw anything like it. There is no glue basically. This is not the first time I use pop socket and this one is bad. Let’s hope the replacement will have glue and will come with a clean surface.Update. The second one arrived and also no sticking power. Not sure why. I buy these regularly in the black color never had an issue. Maybe these are old.

My daughter enjoyed it for the few days before she got grounded from her phone for a month!

Applied this to a Pixel 5 over an I Blason case. Cleaned the surface with alcohol then applied and held firmly in place for a couple minutes. Adhesion has been great better than expected. Not sure of the reason but had dropped this Pixel 5 phone more than any other phone in the past. That changed once I added the pop socket pop grip.

手が小さい方へは正直おすすめできません。接着力や安定性は問題なく見た目も可愛く、最初は良いと思っていたのですが、これをつけることによっていままでギリギリ届いていた画面の端まで指が届かなくなり、またポップソケッツが結構大きめ＋閉じても厚みがありますので、普通のスマホリングとはまた使用感や勝手が違い、見た目は気に入っていたのですが、ストレスとなって結局取ってしまいました。またポケットに出し入れする際に厚みが引っかかるので、一緒にいれてるものが落ちたり、いちいち気にしながらケータイを取り出していたのもストレスでした。用途としてはケータイ落下を防ぐ為取り付けました。電車で立っている際など、ポップソケッツの下に中指や薬指をひっかけて土台にして使用する感じになるのですが、土台の指を固定しる分手指の可動域が制限されるようになってしまった感じです。無理くり指を伸ばそうとすると、手がつりそうになります。笑ちなみに私はiphone13miniでそう感じているので、手が小さめの方にはあまりおすすめできないかもしれません…私は片手でいじる前提なのでそう感じたのかもしれないので、あくまでご参考までに。

Ordered this pop socket a few days ago, delivery time was decent, and packaging was neat and pristine. Upon taking off the seal from the adhesive part of the pop socket it kinda looked like parts of it were matte and didn’t look sticky. Sticking it onto my phone, since some parts of the bottom wasn’t sticky, the pop socket would just come off right away whenever I held it. I tried the water method to make it sticky again from the Pop Socket website and waited the whole 10 minutes but when sticking it to my phone and after adding weight on top of it to squish the pop socket as much as I can (without breaking my phone) - the pop socket just came off right away as tried it. My phone case is silicone and I read sometimes pop sockets don’t work as well on silicone and leather so I tried the method to make it sticky another 3 times with my plastic and rubber phone cases but it didn’t work as well. Now my pop socket adhesive is all matte and doesn’t even get sticky anymore when I run it under water and let it dry for 10 minutes.
