Not worth the hype. Not great tasting and the al dente state is non existent. Bland.

I had seen this pasta on the internet...it is said it was made by a family in Italy. I ordered the spaghetti and it was very good....but so expensive. The spaghetti was thick compared to store bought spaghetti but that's a good thing in my book. I made Carbonara with it and it was delicious. I can't say it was a whole lot better than pastas at the grocery store but it was a treat to have tried it.

Great authentic pasta from Italy

I’ve read a lot about brass cut pasta being so good, and this stuff is certainly expensive enough. It’s very good, but I don’t notice the level of difference I expected given the price.

We try not to eat pasta too often, so when we do, I make it a celebration. This pasta is completely different from the dried store brands. I would love to say it isn’t because of the higher price, but it really is that much better. It has a different texture, holds sauce better, and has a deeper flavor. I show my family love by cooking the best foods I can, so we do eat this spaghetti regularly.
