So, although the customer service sounded nice and helpful, they got it wrong twice! They first sent me cardboard cake boxes that had nothing to do with my initial order of the string bags. I complained and was told that I could keep the cardboard boxes and would be sent my order.. Finally I received cheap quality string bags but the Frozen pic is not the same as on the product advertised, so again, not what I ordered. It looks like parcels are sent totally at random. Not great!
