I'm not sure where it is made, but I can tell you this--it is very cheaply made and I was disappointed in the purchase. Does this helmet have a cpsc sticker? i see it is mips (one requirement for the triathalon rules), but the rules also require a valid cpsc sticker.

There is not a CPSC "sticker" like the official MIPS sticker but there is a sticker that says "WARNING! No helmet can prevent all had injuries or death.......(too much to type here)....... Complies with US CPSC safety standards for Bicycle Helmets for persons 5 and older". There is also a serial number on this sticker and a 1-800-456-BELL number.
