Rugged, O-Ringed to Prevent Moisture/Water Intrusion
These rugged drives are great for people like me that constantly drop stuff and then run over it.

Perfect!
This is the perfect thumb drive for my job as a secret agent! ;). High quality. I have an older version that worked flawlessly for many many years (lost it unfortunately).

Rugged
I almost didn't buy it after reading the bad reviews but I took a chance anyway.I'm happy with it.I don't expect it to survive being crushed under an automobile or stomped on by an elephant, but for my needs it will do just fine.Watertight seal and durable construction should survive anything I'll personally encounter.I'll probably buy another one with larger capacity now that I know exactly what I'm getting.

Excellent for recovery drives and durability
I used this is a recovery drive for windows 11 and it works wonderfully and gives me piece of mind with the shock resistance and water proofness. Only thing I think they should include in the future is maybe a lanyard and/or keyring for the lanyard hole.

Why even consider the rest, when youhave the BEST!
When it comes to my 'Portable Office' I don't mess around. I have been utilizing Corsairs Flashdrives 'EXCLUSIVELY' for many, many years now... and disappointment or failure is ZERO part of this brand. It all started with me many, many years ago when my sister, a College Professor, called to tell me that her computer had crashed. I recommended a couple of Professional Recovery Specialist because her E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G was on her hard drive. It was an expensive proposition but it HAD to be done.Because I myself, am a published writer, and I have invaluable original works that can NEVER be reproduced in its original form, I began researching external storage devices. I can remember when a 512MB Flashdrive cost $500!!! Of course I passed at that initial time, but this was now much later when I began searching and researching for something of superior quality to store and transport my created works. It was then that I came across the detailed research articles referencing Corsair Survivor Flashdrives. They were a little costly then, but I'm a firm believer in ' you get what you pay for', so with a then, 10 Year Product Warranty, as an integral part of the initial offering, I decided to invest for the protection of my life’s investment. After all, logic dictated to me, what company would guarantee a product warranty that length of time if it was doomed to fail within a few years. From there... I've never looked back!I still have and use that original flashdrive as well as continue to purchase new ones from time to time for backup. I NEVER, EVER store anything on my hard drive... NEVER!!!I teach and upgrade the computer skills of many of our country's veterans for U.S. Vets and I mandate to all of them to purchase ONLY Corsair Survivor Flashdrives from the inception or they fail my class. And, I absolutely love their pricing now which is highly competitive with other brands out there, but why would one pay an equitable price for an inferior product?

Great for storing important files or family photos, etc in case of an Emergency situation
A really resilient and tough USB Drive that is highly recommended by many Emergency and survivalist professionals for emergency evacuations in case of wildfires or an emergency bug-out situation. I like it a lot. It's Very sturdy and it can be carried around in a backpack with lots of heavy books or in heavy tools kit box or backpack and no need to worry about it being broken. I like this tough USB Drive. My only issue is there is no password protection feature on it. That's not a deal breaker for using this for a school or college USB Drive. And if definitely recommend it as a bug-out bag for holding important files and family photos and videos. Clouds aren't as secure as people think. They can be hacked or files can be stolen or get corrupted. In case you have to relocate in a war and have no internet. Then you'll still need a USB Drive.

Perfect survival USB stick BUT…
This usb key is BUILT tough. Works fast & smooth so far. The ONLY downside is that it’s way too long and FAT. Sometimes doesn’t fit my desktop usb slot in the back because of other usb attachments getting in the way. But other than that everything is great. Thank you Corsair. –Roman1

indestructible
I've broken so many flash drives just by having them on my keychain, this has been on for over a year through everything including many accidental swimming trips and continues to work perfectly. The little rubber pieces will always fall off and the paint chips easily but the internals and my data are fine no matter what. I also usually keep a twenty dollar bill and some matches rolled up in here for emergencies.
