Love the biscuits but…
Whole tin of biscuits came broken. Not one was whole. Looks like they were just thrown around. They taste great but look horrible. Can’t use them for what I wanted to.

Cookies are all bits and pieces.
The cookies are good but they are all broken into bits and pieces! The can is dented. Within the same package another can of cookies is fine, so it must have been packaged that way. Not acceptable for a $30 can of cookies.

Came broken and dented
My tin came dented and 90% of the crackers were broken upon arrival. Gave as a gift so I was unaware until they opened it and I could not exchange or return which was not cool since it was over $30 for a couple crumbs. Very disappointed

Great cookies, terrible shipping.
When you buy cookies from Fortnum and Mason it's not only the cookies you want, but the beautiful tin as well. I was so sad when my cookies arrived with a huge white barcode sticker on the tin. It took almost and hour to take the sticker off, and not damage the tin. Ruined my Fortnum and Mason experience. I've downloaded the actual Fortnum and Mason app and will just skip the middle man from now on. The cookies are absolutely fabulous.

Can of Cookies Arrived Smashed and No Replacement Allowed
The can of biscuits was severely bent when I took it out of the box. Since I am not allowed to return it, I opened the can and found that the top third and bottom third of biscuits are completely crushed. So, in reality I paid $29 for 6 cookies. Ridiculous! When something arrives this broken it should be replaced immediately. Very poor policy. Stephanie Smith
